By accessing or using the MahaTantra platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Legal entity definitions and jurisdictional courts marked with [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] must be ratified by your designated corporate legal counsel prior to commercial launch.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Seeker", "Student", or "User") and [LEGAL ENTITY: MahaTantra Foundation — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]. Accessing our portals, acquiring consecrated items, or participating in initiation cohorts signifies your unconditional consent to this Agreement.
2. Traditional Spiritual Guidance & Non-Medical Advisory Disclaimer

Teachings, sadhanas, astrological assessments, and Talk to Guru consultations provided through MahaTantra are based on authentic historical Agamic, Tantric, and Vedic traditions. They are offered strictly for spiritual growth, personal sadhana, and philosophical enrichment.
Spiritual guidance is NEVER a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial counseling. If you suffer from acute psychological distress, clinical mental illness, or severe physical medical conditions, you must seek treatment from licensed medical professionals. MahaTantra and its Gurus make no claims of guaranteed miracles or temporal material outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property, DRM & Sacred Granthas
All video lectures, audio transmissions, mantra commentaries, PDF granthas, and proprietary diagrams hosted within the Tantra Vidya Academy and Digital Vault are the exclusive intellectual property of MahaTantra.
- You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased spiritual content for your own individual sadhana.
- Downloading, screen-recording, reverse-engineering, modifying, or redistributing encrypted vault files or video streams is strictly prohibited.
- All digital eBooks incorporate forensic watermarking (Seeker ID and purchase timestamp). Piracy will result in immediate termination of account privileges and civil/criminal copyright prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act 1957.
4. Sanctum Code of Conduct (Yakshini & Vamachara Cohorts)
Esoteric sadhanas demand utmost ethical integrity and mental balance. Seekers admitted into specialized cohorts (such as Yakshini Upasana or Vamachara Kaula Marg) agree to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding initiatory mantras, lineage rituals, and fellow seekers' private shares.
- Treat the Guru, lineage elders, and peer sadhaks with reverent respect. Zero tolerance applies to harassment, hate speech, or divisive behavior.
- MahaTantra reserves the right to terminate cohort access without refund if a participant behaves in a manner hazardous to group spiritual sanctity or contrary to Agamic discipline.
5. Account Responsibility & Financial Transactions
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. MahaTantra is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
- All payments are securely processed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Pricing is explicitly presented inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment disputes, cancellations, and returns are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MahaTantra and its spiritual practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from platform usage. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MahaTantra in the preceding three (3) months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: Hyderabad / Varanasi, India].
