Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Items such as energized Yantras, Parad Shivlings, Rudraksha malas, and printed shastra books are consecrated specifically through Vedic rituals prior to dispatch.

• Damaged in Transit: If your consignment arrives with packaging broken or the item physically fractured, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery via support@mahatantra.org with unboxing photos/video.
• Replacement Guarantee: Upon inspection, a fresh consecrated replacement will be dispatched at zero additional cost.
• Consecration Sanctity: Once unsealed and placed in personal puja, items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse due to Agamic ritual sanctity protocols.

Digital downloads and protected e-reader access keys are delivered instantly upon successful payment verification.

• Non-Refundable Once Unlocked: Due to the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property, eBook purchases and single Vault unlocks are non-refundable once an access token has been generated.
• Technical Corruptions: If you experience difficulty loading or reading a purchased file, our technical desk will provide immediate re-licensing support within 24 hours.

We want seekers to feel confident in the authentic transmission of our courses.

• 7-Day Conditional Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment provided you have completed less than 20% of the syllabus modules and have not accessed restricted mantra downloads.
• How to Request: Email academy@mahatantra.org with your registered email and Order ID.

Guru consultations require dedicated astrological preparation and designated ritual time.

• Rescheduling Window: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to the booked slot.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior receive a 100% refund (less standard banking payment gateway transaction fee of 2.5%).
• Completed Sessions & No-Shows: No refunds are issued once a consultation has taken place or in case of a seeker no-show without 24 hours prior notice.

Memberships can be canceled anytime directly from your My MahaTantra portal.

• Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing term. You retain complete member access until the paid period expires.
• Pro-rata refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
